Contextual Signatures v1.1.0

We have released an update to Contextual Signatures bringing the ability to schedule signatures.

Signatures may be scheduled in specific forum or all forums
Scheduled signatures automatically take precedence over default signature and yields back when it expires.
Date range is fully flexible. Either date is optional: leave the start blank to begin immediately, or leave the end blank to run indefinitely.
Styling has changed slightly for a cleaner appearance.
